My client shared a single photo from a special party, a joyful moment captured with him and his two close friends, filled with laughter and unforgettable memories.
He wanted to turn that picture into something lasting… so I created twin paintings, one for each friend, as a gift they could treasure forever.

This commission piece captures a beautiful moment two boys holding hands, standing on a rock in the middle of a river. I had the pleasure of working on a meaningful commission inspired by a special trip to Mount Sabinyo , the mountain where Rwanda, Uganda, and the DRC meet.
My client wanted to surprise one of his friends with a gift, turning a photo of the three of them into a timeless artwork.
They were captured sitting between the iconic markers that show where the three countries meet “This is Rwanda,” “This is Uganda,” and “This is RDCongo.”

The mountain wasn’t in the picture, so I added it in the background and completed their full bodies to bring the moment to life.

This commission was such an exciting challenge ?
My client came with just an idea...he wanted a painting of himself and his friends gathered around a pool table.
Two were playing while the others were around watching, with three dogs bringing extra life to the scene. With only different photos taken in separate places, I worked to bring them all together into one meaningful composition.
Pool happens to be my favorite game too, which made this project even more enjoyable?
